Combining 60kg of burnt sugar and a pair of hands made from freshly baked bread, Linger contemplates the physical residue created by holding on to certain memories. Much like the phenomena of a phantom limb, flashes of the past can crystalise into a mass that implicitly directs our physicality and relationships with ourselves and others.
